Boise Airport has one single passenger terminal, holding 3-level building. Besides the main terminal of the airport, there are two concourses: Concourse C, on the 1stlevel, and Concourse B on the 2ndlevel. The main terminal is open 24-hours per day, 7-days a week.

On the Level one of the passenger terminals, there is the Arrivals area. Arrivals level has direct access to the parking lot and garage, as well as an elevated roadway and passenger pick-up space just outside of the baggage claim area. The level one also houses seven, on-airport car rental information desks, a BOI local hotel reservation board, a business center, a chapel, and an information desk.

On the Level two, of the main passenger terminal, there is the Departure hall. The departure level has access to the parking lot and garage facility. In this building, passengers can use the elevated roadway to get to and from the passenger drop-off location outside of the building. Inside the departure level, there are the airline ticket counters, ATM and Banking machines, meeting points, security checkpoints are, which directly leads passengers to the food and drink court.

On the Level three, passengers can find Airport Police and TSA offices, along with the Snake River Conference Center.

The Concourse C of the main terminal is divided from boarding Gates C1 through C12. The concourse C houses a coffee shop and business center facilities. Concerning the Concourse B houses, it holds boarding Gates from B10 to B22.
